The Question Carousel

Purpose

This format reframes source content as five questions a reader would naturally want answered, then answers each one directly. It puts the reader's perspective first by anticipating their curiosity. The questions are specific and direct, never rhetorical, and the answers lead with the response before adding context.

Structure

  • The carousel opens with a headline slide, followed by a context slide.

  • Five question-and-answer pairs follow, each split across two slides. The question gets its own slide. The answer gets its own slide.

  • The carousel closes with a call to action.

Best used when

  • The source content covers a new, confusing, or debated topic

  • The audience has real questions they would want answered

  • The goal is to educate and build trust through direct, useful answers
