What is an Agency?

Updated over 2 months ago

The highest level in the Storykit hierarchy is the Agency, and can be seen as the Master Account.

The agency set-up is designed for organizations that need/want to have multiple clients. E.g.

  • A group with multiple independent subsidiaries that are not allowed to see each other's material

  • When your user base is so large that you need to have them in different workspaces due to practical reason

By using a multi-client setup you can limit your users' access to a specific client, but also allow master users / central users access to all the clients and share material between your different clients. Read more about our different user access profiles.

Common ways to structure the clients are by Department, Business area, Country, or Independent Subsidiary.

The users who have access to the Agency workspace can:

  • View and access all clients connected to the Agency

  • Create themes that can be accessed by all clients

  • Build asset libraries that can be accessed by all clients

  • Create Rule Sets for the Agency
