How do I change access for a user?

If you have the access type "Agency admin" or "Client admin" you are able to handle your users by yourselves.

If you are an "Agency admin" you can handle users both on agency- and client levels. If you are a "Client admin", you can handle users on the client level only.

Change the access for a user:

  1. Click on "users" in the menu to the left on the Storykit start page.

  2. Click on the "Edit" button on the user you want to delete.

  3. Click on "Edit" under "Access".

  4. Choose the "Access type" and "Role"

  5. Click on "Add access".

  6. "Save Changes"

  7. Done!
