In Storykit we have four different user profiles that control the access of the user:
Client Access
Client Administrator:
Can Create/Change/Delete users (up to the maximum of users in the license) Create Client user (not available for Enterprise)
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Asset Libraries (not available for Starter)
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Theme
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Templates & Modules
Client Editor:
The default user profile that 95% of all Storykit users have. Client Access gives the user access to one specific Client/Account, and within this account, the user e.g. can:
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Asset Libraries (not available for Starter)
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Theme
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Templates & Modules
Agency Access
Gives the user access to the Agency workspace where the user e.g. can:
Agency Administrator:
Can Create/Change/Delete users (up to the maximum of users in the license) on Agency- and client levels. Create Agency/Client user (not available for Enterprise)
Can Create/Change/Delete Rule Set (only for Enterprise)
Can Create/Change/Delete Agency Theme
Can Create/Change/Delete Agency Asset Libraries
Can Create/Change/Delete Agency Templates & Modules
Can See and Access all Clients connected to the Agency
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Asset Libraries (not available for Starter)
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Theme
Can Create/Change/Delete Client Templates & Modules
Agency Editor:
Can Create/Change/Delete Rule Set (only for Enterprise)
