Trouble logging in to Video Studio: Clear Access Token

If your access token is old, from changing passwords, for example, you may need to clear the old token to be able to view your workspaces. This is how you do that.

With Video Studio as your active browser window, open the Developer Tools in Chrome.

Open this from the menu by clicking View -> Developer -> Developer Tools or by using keyboard shortcuts for Mac: (⌥ ⌘ I) or Windows: (Control+Shift+I).

  1. Click on the Application tab, then in the left sidebar expand Cookies and Local Storage with the arrow next to those items.

  2. Click on the row for https://app.storykit.io under Cookies.

  3. Clear all Cookies by clicking the second symbol from the left in the main view; it should say “Clear all” when hovering with your mouse over it.

  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 under the sidebar section for Local Storage
