Introduction
The "Three Key Takeaways Creator" in the Autocut Webinars/Talks series is designed to turn transcribed webinar, talk, or presentation content into highly shareable, highlight-driven video scripts. This creator distills the main points from a speaker’s session, aligning each with verbatim quotes that exemplify the most important insights, conclusions, or lessons—perfect for engaging recaps and social snippets.
How It Works
Input Section
The Creator begins by accepting:
Transcription: An srt-encoded transcript with chunk indices and spoken content from a webinar, talk, or presentation.
User Input: Optional guidance for speaker info, event context, focus/theme, corrections, or creative intentions.
System Message and Selection Protocol
Autocut/Chunk Selection:
Three major takeaways are selected based on the focus/theme from the User Input or the most salient topics found in the talk.
Each takeaway has a succinct, written subhead (≤8 words) and a supporting, complete-sentence quote (using consecutive SRT chunks) that captures the insight.
Quotes must start at a sentence boundary and end with a terminator, aiming for around 30 words each, always prioritizing sentence integrity.
The indices for each quote are output as arrays (TH1, TH2, TH3), so video editors can match the video cuts to the narrative.
User Input Handling:
Parses the User Input for spelling corrections, focus/theme, context, speaker info, and creative tone.
Applies these in priority order: corrections > focus/theme > speaker/context > creative intention.
Customizes takeaway selection, framing, and narrative tone to match input or inferred intent.
Writing Section
The output is a tight, editorial highlight script:
Headline: Writes a headline (max 8 words) that introduces the takeaways clearly.
Framing Paragraph: Writes one or two sentences that set the topic or event.
First Takeaway Subhead: Writes the first takeaway subhead (≤8 words).
First Takeaway Chunks: Outputs chunk indices ( array) illustrating the first takeaway.
Second Takeaway Subhead and Chunks: Ditto for the second takeaway.
Third Takeaway Subhead and Chunks: Ditto for the third takeaway.
Closing/Wrap-Up: Writes a short sentence that wraps up or unifies the insights.
Autocut CTA: Uses the [Autocut CTA Phrase] if available or defaults to a closing such as "Thank you for watching."
