The "The Power of Three Creator" in the Autocut Webinars/Talks series is designed to condense full-length webinars, talks, or presentations into rhythmic, highly engaging video scripts built around three vivid, verbatim quotes. Each selected quote represents a different segment of the narrative: starting with a challenge, moving to an insight, and ending with a resolution or inspiration.

How It Works

Input Section

The Creator begins by accepting the following inputs:

Transcription: An srt-encoded transcript with chunk indices and spoken content.

User Input: Optional guidance on speaker, context, focus/theme, corrections, or creative intention.

System Message and Selection Protocol

Autocut/Chunk Selection:

Identify three continuous, natural segments of the transcript (chunk sequences forming full sentences) for:
1. The challenge or question.
2. The perspective or insight.
3. The resolution or call to action.
Each quote must begin at a sentence boundary and end with a period, question mark, or exclamation mark—never start or end mid-sentence. Use consecutive chunk indices.
The target length for each quote is 20–35 words, up to 60 for completeness.
Each quote should form a logically or emotionally smooth and self-contained segment.
Chunk indices are output as arrays (TH1, TH2, TH3) for video reference.

User Input Handling:

User Input for focus, corrections, speaker, context, or tone is parsed and prioritized: corrections > focus/theme > speaker/context > creative intention.
Directs both the chunk selection and how the written script is framed.

Writing Section

The output presents a naturally flowing mini-story, structured as:

Headline: Writes a headline (max 8 words) capturing the theme or energy of the sequence.

Sequence Introduction: Writes a short line to introduce the sequence (“Here’s what stood out”).

First Quote Indices: Outputs the chunk indices for the first quote (challenge or question).

Second Quote Indices: Outputs the chunk indices for the second quote (insight).

Third Quote Indices: Outputs the chunk indices for the third quote (resolution or inspiration).

Outro Line: Writes a short line that concludes or wraps up the script naturally.

Autocut CTA: Uses the [Autocut CTA Phrase] if provided, or a translation of "Thank you for watching."
