If you are an "Admin user" (Client admin) you can handle the user access by yourself. Read more here on how to do it.
Editor access
Please contact your Customer Success Manager (or our Support) to add a new user to the account.
How do I get access to a different client?
Client Admins can manage their own access directly. Editors should contact their CSM or Storykit Support to request access to a new client.
