These Additional Terms for the Script Creator under the Storykit subscription Legacy Starter (as defined below) are agreed between Storykit AB, company registration no. 556980-8404, Tulegatan 4, 113 53 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Company") and the customer buying the Storykit subscription: Legacy Starter product under an order form (hereinafter “Customer”).
1. Background
The Company and the Customer has entered into an agreement for the Customer to buy the Storykit Subscription: Legacy Starter. The Storykit Subscription: Legacy Starter is equipped with Script Creator. Script Creator can re-work the Customer’s User Content in an automated manner to enhance the Customer’s script creation. This agreement together with Storykits General Terms & Conditions and Storykits Standard DPA governs the use of the Script Creator within Storykits platform.
