You can create as many libraries as you want to. Depending on your payment plan, you can create asset libraries on both Agency and Client levels.
Click on “New library”.
Give your library a good and descriptive name; you will identify your library by this name when you are going to use it.
Click "Create" to save it.
Your new library is now on the list, and you can click on it to open it up.
Upload the video clips and images that you want to store in your library.
Library naming convention
Since you can have multiple libraries, it makes sense to build them and name them according to their content. Perhaps having it built by departments or by "Sales Reps" and "Stock backgrounds" or whatever makes sense for your organization.
By combining a good structure with your libraries and proper asset naming, you will quickly find your assets.
