How do I add a tint to an asset?

Updated over 2 months ago

The tint is a colored layer over your asset but under your text. This means that you can style the asset just as you like but make sure to have a tint color that works with the color of your text. Contrast colors are best for readability.

  1. Mark the slide

  2. Open Main asset styling

  3. Turn ON Slide Tint

  4. Adjust the opacity

Tips!

  • The tint can fade in and out on a single slide.

  • You can adjust the opacity from 0 (transparent) to 100 (fully covered).

  • Choose from your theme colors or type in a HEX code as a custom color.

  • It’s possible to have the tint turned ON without having an asset under. That means you can use it as a “background-color” for your text, and turn the opacity to 100% to get it fully covered.
